Do you work with fertility?

Yes, fertility is often the byproduct of a body that's well-fueled, well-resourced, and supported at the root. We educate on proper preconception foundations, lifestyle, mitochondrial support, and more. We are not a medical or fertility clinic and do not provide medical fertility services.

Is this all about restriction and elimination diets?

We have been restricted enough. We focus on you becoming so informed, fueled, and resourced that you understand how to interpret your body's signals from a point of abundance rather than lack, and use tools that don't feel like you're constantly needing to give things up. Our goal is that you become so body literate, nourished, and clear on your needs that it doesn't feel like you're fighting against your body, so changes feel like a choice rather than a punishment.

I've tried everything. How is this different?

Instead of another protocol, diet, or supplement stack, this teaches the foundations underneath your symptoms in the right order, connected to your nervous system, rhythms, and life, so you learn to read your own body instead of outsourcing it.

You have access to advanced functional lab testing and will learn how to recognize patterns, what optimal (not just normal) bloodwork ranges actually are, and what integrations may be helpful from a root cause approach.
