These will support you in preparing for & navigating the reset, providing recipes & education, examining beliefs around food, bringing awareness to WHAT & HOW you're eating, understanding how to support hormones through food, and re-integrating food when you have finished the program.
Hormone Alchemy Reset Guide
Everything you need to complete the reset from start to finish. It provides information about what to eliminate, what to add, and what you need to focus on. We provide examples of food options, supplement support, and recommendations for daily quantities.
Start on page 8 you also have a prep guide. As with everything we teach here at Whole Womanhood, this is a slow integration process. We want you to be prepared before the Reset begins so you aren't stressing over how to adjust your daily diet with all the other responsibilities you face in your life. This prep guide provides you with step-by-step recommendation for preparing for this cleanse 2-4 weeks before it begins. We don't want to jolt your body into the experience, especially if you are coming off caffeine or sugar for the first time. Please review this in detail at least 2 weeks before the Reset begins.
The rest of the guide includes examples for a day on the reset, and the food re-integration guide once you have completed the Reset. You want to make sure that you re-integrate food correctly so that you don't undo all the amazing work you've just done for your body. This part of the Reset is where you find out what foods might be bothering your unique gut biome.

Eat For Pleasure Guide - Hormone Reset Edition
This is the "food" guide I wish I had 15 years ago. I say food loosely because this is a complication of years of examples, insights, and distillations of how to make food insightful and easy.
As we change our relationship with food, many of us (myself included) realize that we don't actually know HOW to eat.
I've often found that all I want is a resource that can quickly tell me essentials like
- what is a protein and how much do I need?
- what are pantry staples that make cooking life so much easier?
- how much fiber do I need?
- what's a good snack idea?
- what are gluten-free recipes that don't taste like cardboard?
- how do I make matcha that doesn't taste like grass?
- what's an example of a good fat?
- what does a nutrient-dense plate literally look like?
- what are recipes that don't suck and I'll actually make because they don't take 4 hours?
As we move through this Reset, this guide will be an amazing resource for meal inspiration.
I also love to feel great and want my food to fuel me AND bring me pleasure.
Somehow in this society, that's become a tough ask.

A complete guide to weaning off the yummy cup of Joe we all love, and other types of caffeine. If you are a coffee every-day person, this is the first guide you should start with before you start your Reset. This will help you transition without shocking your system or having to give up the ritual of a morning drink.

Another exercise to explore on your journey through the Hormone Reset. Noticing the subtle sensations in your body before you eat, while you eat, and after you eat is your first step in accomplishing some of those subtle shifts your wrote down in the previous journal prompt.

The Tantric 10
These are the 10 areas that you SLOWLY integrate into your life that act as your foundations.
This is what you ALWAYS come back to if things feel wonky, out of whack, you've been sick, need a restart, or feel burned out.
Many of these are lazy habits: the ones you eventually don't even realize you're doing because they find their way into your life easily. And just like compound interest, with time it's the simple, repeatable steps that make you feel so much more energized, powerful, &....alive.
It's not meant to sound dramatic, but these 10 are life-changing. They're life-giving.But the catch? GO SLOW. You are not incorporating these all, you're seeing what feels good for you. You pick 1-3 per week and focus just on those.
If you do nothing else and focus only on these areas, you will transform. Why? Because this creates structural integrity in the body, aka resilience & vitality, aka...your life becomes your medicine.
Print out the Tantric 10 checklist from your downloads and put it somewhere you can see it week by week. Pick 1-3 from the list and prioritize just those. You'll be surprised when eventually you forget you're doing it, but you...feel...better.
These apply to nearly everyone as the forever foundations. Ease into them because now you always know where to come back to.
