Project Manager & Integrator

Whole Womanhood is a bold, functional medicine women’s health practice founded by Lera Mikhailova, a board-certified OB/GYN clinician with roots in root-cause medicine, nervous system healing, and feminine embodiment. We live at the intersection of science and intuition, biochemistry and sensuality. We help women uncover the root causes of their symptoms while also learning the tools to live a life of vitality and resilience.

We’ve grown organically through referrals, with a waitlist that stretches a year out. Now it’s time to expand — and we need the right person to help us scale. Our core offerings include:

  • The Collective: an online membership and community
  • Hormone Alchemy: a signature program
  • Group programs & workshops: seasonal and live
  • LabShop: advanced diagnostic testing and interpretation
  • 1:1 mentorship: high-touch private care

We’re looking for a Project Manager & Integrator who can be the backbone of day-to-day operations and step confidently into leadership. Someone who thrives in both the details and the strategy, can hold the boldness of our brand, and has the organizational mastery to keep us moving forward. This role blends operations, project management, and growth strategy, with the potential to evolve into COO-level leadership.

This is a part-time role (20–40 hours/month to start), with weekly Zoom calls (60–90 minutes) and ongoing communication.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Turn strategy into concrete project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage launches, client programs, and ongoing projects from start to finish
  • Build and oversee systems inside Kajabi, Monday.com, and Practice Better
  • Coordinate contractors (design, tech, community, VA) and ensure deadlines land
  • Hold brand voice and culture steady in every piece of execution

Marketing & Visibility

  • Drive podcast outreach, partnerships, and affiliate management
  • Oversee newsletters, social media scheduling, and content flow (coordinate assets, scheduling, and engagement tracking in alignment with strategy)
  • Run campaign timelines for webinars, funnels, and live launches
  • Oversee the creation of clean, on-brand landing pages for webinars, workshops, and programs

Content & Course Delivery

  •  Oversee development of client-facing resources (slides, PDFs, onboarding emails) in collaboration with contractors
  •  Manage tagging, enrollment, and program delivery systems to ensure a seamless client experience
  •  Ensure live launches, webinars, and community experiences are executed smoothly and on schedule

Who You Are

  • You’re sharp and systems-minded. You see the big picture and break it down into actionable steps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • You’re proactive. You anticipate needs, close loops, and move projects forward without waiting for instruction.
  • You’re organized to the core. You run Monday.com with precision, keep Kajabi streamlined, and hold deadlines like they matter.
  • You communicate clearly. You translate visionary ideas into structured plans and make sure the right people are looped in at the right time.
  • You like working with women who are audacious, unfiltered, and bold. Our brand blends clinical precision with feminine alchemy — you’re equally at home with strategy decks and sensuality.
  • You lead with integrity and high standards. You challenge the status quo, protect the integrity of the work, and bring resilience and joy into how you show up.
  • You’re growth-minded and excited about a company that breaks the rules. You want a role that evolves — potentially into COO-level leadership — as the company scales.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in project management, OBM, or operations (ideally in online education, health, or coaching industries)
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, delegate effectively, and hold deadlines
  • Strong grasp of systems: Monday.com, Kajabi, Practice Better, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Instagram
  • Familiarity with funnels, live course launches, and online marketing strategy (you don’t need to be a copywriter or designer, but you know how to oversee and direct them)
  • Strong communication and copy-editing skills for keeping messaging on-brand
  • Bonus: background in women’s health, functional medicine, or embodiment
  • North America–based, available during standard business hours
  • Experienced in leading launches and program delivery — able to keep details tight while adapting when things shift

What We Offer

  • A role at the center of a bold, fast-growing functional medicine women’s health practice
  • The opportunity to step into leadership and eventually COO-level ownership
  • A culture rooted in clinical excellence, feminine intelligence, and the audacity to support women in living turned-on lives in bodies they deeply understand
  • Flexible, remote work environment
  • Long-term growth opportunities as the company expands
