Your First 15 Minutes

If you are new here, begin with these four steps. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Step 01

Download the Tantric 10 Foundations

Choose one foundation that feels most relevant or exciting right now. Start there and focus it over the next two weeks so that it feels like an integrated habit in your life. Only then choose another.

Introduce Yourself — Your 3 Whys

Visit the Discussion section and post inside Introductions. Share what first made you look for answers, why it matters now, and why you’re ready to approach yourself differently.

Mark the Next Two Live Calls

Open the Live Calls section and add the next two sessions to your calendar. Live calls are where root cause body literacy becomes practical and where community begins to form.

Choose One Resource from the Apothecary

Browse the Apothecary and select one guide that addresses your current question or symptom pattern. Start there. Allow your body time to respond before adding more.

How the Month Flows

A simple cadence designed to support learning and integration. You do not need to attend every call — participate in the sessions that support you most.

Week 1

Clinical Salon

An unfiltered, spicy teaching session focused on the essence of what you need to know, why you need to know it, and practical integrations.

Week 2

Micro Lesson

A 5-minute or less video (aka, a love note from me)  on the current theme straight to your inbox.

Week 3

Office Hours

Ask questions or submit case patterns for group discussion.

Week 4

Micro Lesson

Additional guidance to support your integration and close the month.

 

Your First 90 Days

Building Stability & Body Literacy

The first three months inside the Collective focus on awareness, regulation, and clarity — in that order.

Month 1

Awareness

Begin noticing patterns in your body. Choose one Tantric 10 foundation and practice it consistently.

 

Month 2

Regulation

Layer in support for your nervous system, circadian rhythm, and energy stability. Continue strengthening the foundation you began.

 

Month 3

Clarity

Begin connecting symptom patterns with underlying biological drivers. Complete your 90-Day Reflection at month's end.

 
At the end of your first 90 days you will complete a 90-Day Reflection. Possible next steps include continuing to integrate inside the Collective, exploring Advanced Testing through LabShop, or beginning Hormone Alchemy for structured recalibration. Each woman moves through this process at her own pace.
