Our founder holds advanced clinical credentials and draws on that knowledge base to deliver educational content and consulting. She operates in a strictly educational and consulting capacity through Whole Womanhood LLC and does not practice medicine, nursing, or any licensed healthcare profession within this business.

All Services — regardless of the offering — are educational and consultative in nature:

The Collective — Monthly Membership

• Ongoing functional health education, live calls, embodiment classes, and community access
• Educational content on hormones, gut health, nervous system regulation, and cyclical living
• Monthly subscription with a three (3) month minimum commitment

Hormone Alchemy — Self-Paced Program

• Comprehensive self-paced educational course on functional health and feminine embodiment
• Includes a physical Playbook, protocols, guides, and resources for self-directed learning
• Optional bundle with 6 months of Collective membership

LabShop — Functional Lab Testing

• Access to functional diagnostic lab tests (GI-MAP, DUTCH, mineral panels, toxicity screening, etc.)
• Includes an educational consulting session to review results and provide root-cause context
• Results are discussed in an educational framework — this is not a clinical diagnosis or medical treatment plan
• Individual tests purchased separately

1:1 Private Mentorship

• Application-only, high-touch functional wellness consulting and coaching
• Personalized root-cause education, lab result context, protocol guidance, and ongoing support
• Available in 8-month or 12-month packages
• This is a consulting and mentorship relationship — not a clinical care relationship

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Plans

Refund Policy

The Collective (Monthly Membership)

• By subscribing to the Collective, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months, billed monthly. You may cancel anytime after your three (3) month commitment is fulfilled. To cancel, email [email protected] at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Early cancellation before the commitment period is fulfilled requires payment in full for the remaining balance. All purchases are final sale. No refunds are provided for previous months or a la carte purchases. Whole Womanhood LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund request at its sole discretion.

Hormone Alchemy

• No refunds after purchase
• This is a digital product with immediate access upon enrollment
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are giving up your right to a refund

LabShop Functional Lab Testing

• No refunds once testing has been ordered or processed
• Partial refunds may be available if you cancel before testing is ordered, subject to a processing fee

1:1 Private Mentorship

• No refunds once onboarding begins
• The application and discovery call process is designed to ensure alignment before commitment
• By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are giving up your right to a refund

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. If an unauthorized chargeback is initiated, your access to all Services will be immediately terminated and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions or purchases already made, but will apply to renewals and new purchases.

Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes based on your location. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

Subscription Services

Auto-Renewal

The Collective membership and any other subscription Services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal and continue your subscription until you cancel. All new Collective subscriptions are subject to a minimum three (3) month commitment before cancellation is permitted.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and canceling through the member portal, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined or fails, we will attempt to charge it again. Your access may be suspended until payment is received. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Website and Services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. You agree that you will NOT:
